Location
Based in Bonsall on the edge of the Derbyshire Peak District in the UK, I deliver workshops in clay in my own village or in village halls or community centres in the surrounding area.

The workshops are designed and planned for each group, ensuring a ‘no fail’ experience that will be enjoyable and quickly develop skills and abilities.

Workshop Leader
I am a trained lecturer, designer and ceramic artist and have been running successful and productive workshops for ten years. Participants have made items ranging from porcelain lilies to thumb pot pigs. Activities can include group projects where required.

Sessions can be single day events, subsequent days or a series of day or evening workshops. The work will be tailored to suit the group and the amount of time available.

Costs
About 12 participants make a good working group.

At current artists’ rates, the fee would be approximately £45 per person for a full day. This includes all materials and the fired and finished clay piece(s).
A true travelling workshop, all equipment and materials provided. At the end of the session all pieces are taken for firing to my kiln and studio space, a converted Baptist Chapel in Derbyshire.
